この間の土曜日に友達の地元祭りで土井君と一緒にライブしました。演奏も楽しかったし、近所の皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで最高に良い週末だった。

ライブ終わってから友達の部屋でみんなで遅くまで呑んだり、騒いだりして、ずっと残りたかったけど日曜日は当然番組だったし一時半ぐらいに家に帰りました。

みんな、お疲れ様でした！又来年も是非！！！

This past weekend I performed with Doi-kun at a community festival in Kyoto.
We started off the afternoon with some great curry (the lady liked me so she gave me a free karaage chicken chunk).

The show went great (we even performed a song that I wrote for guitar and ukulele...you can't see the ukulele but it's there)!

The after party at my friend's place is what made my radio show on Sunday a challenge.

毎朝１１時直前、K.C.（ニュース）が入る前に、ディレクターがタバコを吸ってる間にポールは裸足になって遊ぶ。

There is a Mexican restaurant/bar near my place in Tokyo that serves curry...Or should I say a Curry restaurant that serves Mexican.

Whatever you call it, these curry flavored nachos are pretty damn good!

この間髪の毛切りました。色んな友達にこの写真を送って、リアクションが様々でした。

その中に"真っ黒クロスケ？"とか"えっ？ハンバーグ？"等がありました。

違います。ポー毛です。

Tonight I went and saw a friend of mine perform with her gospel group "Peace21" at Benten Cafe in Shin Nakano. It was a fun event with a lot of people.

Also, I found out that the house has congas and percussion equipment and a come-one-come-all session every Wednesday night.

...I'm there!

この前の土曜日にサマーソニ行ってきました！一人で行ったけど、早速、寂しそうにウロウロしてるStardust ParadeのDJ、同じ事務所の後輩でもあるマツモトアキノリ君とばったりあって、そこからずっと二人で行動。

This weekend after my show in Kyoto I headed out to Maishima in Osaka for Summer Sonic '08. I met up with Akinori Matsumoto, another D.J. in Kyoto who works for the same agency as me, and we did the rounds!

８月７日に仕事で東京にある日本の清酒情報館で日本酒のテイスティングを体験しました。

日本酒を飲みながら、お酒のことが学べてとても面白い場所です！

帰りに代理店の人はちょっとフラフラで面白かった！

My friend Doi-Kun an I practicing in front of Kyoto City Hall for a gig we have on the 23rd.

While practicing we discussed what it takes to be called/considered a "professional".

We decided that basically, if you call yourself a "pro", that makes you a pro.
